WHAT:
Associate Artistic Director, Carrie Gilchrist, and Lovewell's International music director from Sweden, Nils-Petter Ankarblom, will be conducting a 3-day workshop about creativity, collaboration and inspiration. Learn about the Lovewell method while helping to write, compose, choreograph and perform mini-musicals to be presented at the end of the workshop.
WHEN:
November 10th - November 12th, 2011
Thursday and Friday 9 a.m.- 5 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m.-8 p.m.
With a 7 p.m. showcase open to the public
WHO:
Current High School Students. Space is limited to 30 students.
We welcome creative people of all kinds: writers, dancers, actors, singers, technical artists, visual artists, composers, stage managers and anyone who has a creative flair and is looking for an opportunity to express themselves. Lovewell is about collaboration, the desire to be part of the creative process from the ground up and finding your own authentic voice through whatever art form suits you. It is a place to bring all of your wildest ideas and biggest dreams. It is a place where every idea spurs another thought that may become the basis of an entire piece.
