We are looking for a diverse group of students to join a professional staff of artists and educators from around the world and share their collective stories. In doing so, one, solid, unified piece of theatre is born. In order to make this happen, we need creative people of all types. This experience is about the creative process, and while the performance is an enormous part of our workshop, the focus is on the weeks of creation. We need writers, actors, poets, dancers, dreamers, singers, visual artists, composers, musicians, designers and creative people of all types.

TEEN and JUNIOR SESSION ONE: June 12th- July 2nd, 2023

TEEN and JUNIOR SESSION TWO: July 10th-30th, 2023

Students will join a professional staff to brainstorm, write, design, compose, choreograph and produce an original work of musical theatre – all in three weeks. What will the show be about? It’s up to the group! Lovewell workshops are a singular experience, unlike any other you’ve been a part of in the past; ideal for writers, builders, actors, musicians, designers, singers, composers, and imaginative young people of all types who want to dream big, work hard and experience the thrill of watching their collaborative creation come to life.

You’ll get to build on the skills you already have and flex your creative muscles by learning some new ones – at Lovewell, everybody gets to do a little bit of everything. Whether you’re a seasoned musical theatre vet seeking a new adventure or this your first step towards the stage, come spend your summer with other creative young folks just like you in a warmly inviting, wildly inspiring, and totally accepting environment. No matter who you are – you belong at Lovewell.
