21 Jul Joey drops by!
Hello everyone! Today is the third day of Lovewell Teen Fort Lauderdale session II. We just finished learning the beginning of the dance break (actually, everyone else learned the very beginning yesterday, but I missed it because I was getting my braces off) and are currently taking a break. Next we will have vocal warm-ups, which I will probably miss part of because of writing this blog. The dance break is really cool, and it’s pretty easy to learn this year. After the mice mumble and Cinderella meets her fella, we’re going to go back to brainstorming. I can’t wait for brainstorming today and have a feeling that much of what comes up this morning will be new ideas. Though a few ideas were repeated throughout yesterday, we really have no concrete idea of what we want the show to be about. Oh, wait, was I supposed to tell you that? Hey Sweden, you better not be ahead of us!
Anyways, the day will end with student talent shows creative showcase. I can’t wait to see what my colleagues have cooked up. My talent is video editing, and so I’m editing Max and Dani’s Daft Bodies performance. Expectations are high because of the amazing staff talent shows yesterday. Not only did we hear the normal assortment of songs and see a dance, but we also learned how rats act on meth and saw an amazing dialogue.
So that’s really all I have to say. Guess I’ll return to vocal warm-ups.
