COVID-19 Policies

Q: What is your COVID-19 cancellation and refund policy?

The COVID-19 pandemic is a constantly-evolving situation. Lovewell is committed to the health and safety of our workshop participants and staff and will follow the most updated guidance provided by the CDC and the local government. If public health needs determine that it’s necessary to shift our in-person workshops to online, participants will be notified in a timely manner. At that time, you will have the option to attend the online workshop (and will receive a refund of the difference in tuition cost) or receive a full refund (minus the $25 application fee).

Q: What a safety precautions do you have in place for in person workshops?

Mask requirements, temperature checks, and sanitation protocols are in place.

Our workshops that will operate in person in the USA will have a maximum capacity of 20 students  with mask requirements (well-fitting, completely covering mouth and nose), temperature checks, and sanitation protocols in place. Testing may be required.

Due to the collaborative nature of our workshops, social distancing, while always encouraged,  is not always realistically possible. Please keep this in mind when assessing whether this program is a good fit for your family. COVID procedures are subject to change.

Q: Will the in person workshops have live performances?

A: It is our intention to have live performances (with reduced audience numbers according to current guidelines at the time of production). If this is not possible, the performances will be filmed and shared via livestream. We will give ample notice of this change, but also recognize that the final decision will not be entirely in our control (recommendation changes; requirements by our partner organizations; regulations from the spaces we will use to conduct the workshops).

If you have any other questions regarding payment for one of our workshops, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
