Synopsis:
Welcome to the HUB Universe–a digital world created by a team of animators and programmers where all “forgotten” cartoon characters can live together in peace. But when a famous cartoon hero embarks on a mission to free the forgotten characters from the HUB, his arrival threatens to change life in the HUB as we know it. Luckily, animation-store-owner-turned-investigator Noah Carter is on the case. Through interviews with both characters and creators alike, Carter tries to piece together the mystery, and stop the escape before the HUB is changed forever…
